The spa is located near the cross street of Robert’s Road and Lancaster Avenue, right across from Kelly’s Taproom. You will find metered parking on the lefthand side of the building.

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing ample time for a leisurely check-in, a few moments to relax, and to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. All treatments must end at the scheduled time, to prevent the delay of the next client’s services. We ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the Spa. It is meant to be a relaxing experience for everyone receiving treatments, including you. We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card is required to schedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that no-shows and late cancellations will result in a charge of the total amount of your service.
